How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. Signup details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only trusted service providers who help us run the site, such as our secure hosting and database provider and an AI service that processes pairing requests. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are used.
